Fleeces, Fiber, and Farm Crafts
Our animals here on the homestead produce many fine by-products and allow me to do so as well!
We have icelandic fleeces, fiber, hand spun, and commercially spun yarns for sale. Hand knit and felted items are available as well. Please look around, and as always, please call or email with any questions.
Fleeces and Fiber
Our Icelandics are shorn twice each year. The fall fleeces are exceptionally lovely due to the fact that the sheep have been pastured and are clean and relatively free of vegetable matter. They are a handspinners dream. Fleeces are sold by weight - lamb fleeces being more expensive since they are prime fiber. We heavily skirt all fleeces. Below you will find a listing of fleeces available along with a bit of information about each one. We have more fleeces available and will offer them as they are skirted and pictures are taken.

We have quite a selection of hand spun yarns in natural colors, hand dyed and commercially dyed colors as well. Hand spun yarns run from $5.00 - $7.50 per ounce. Have a special project in mind?
